My salon business project

Is it that time of the school year for your students to complete their salon business projects? Every year, like many other cosmetology schools, my students complete the salon business project. I assign it to them about a month or two before school ends as their final 2nd semester project. IT is worth 3 test grades for my students. Below I have included the Criteria, grading rubric, and a student example that I provide to my students that demonstrates how it should be done!

(I created the grading rubric to be most Convenient and simple for me. feel free to adjust as you see fit. )

If you would like to have your students to create the shoe box hair salon to have a physical model, you may include that in as well. You may choose to replace the floor plan portion of the criteria, or make the physical model a completely Separate grade.
